Wing, Three blade?
Is there a warrior/(can be anything) solo wing three blade build? or do you have to do the whole ss/55 thing?

A riposte build should work on him. The only hard part is if he spawns with 2 or more ritualists you may need to rezone to make it easier.

You could try that, or use gladiators defense. The main thing is you will have to deal with about 1-2 mobs with enemy ritualists so you just want to make sure you can take them out, and out damage the bosses healing signet.

Here's my build that I used to farm Wing with: stopped after the inclusion of 2 ritualists.
You can still do it if there's one ritualist though, so if you see 2 rits, just rezone or something.
W/mo
11+1+3 tactics
10+1 swordsmanship
10 healing
1+1 str
Riposte
Gladiator's Defense
Bonetti's Defense
Deadly Riposte
Sever Artery
Vigorous Spirit
Live Vicariously
Sprint
I use a zealous katana of defense 15^50, glad's armor with a single piece of knights for the damage reduction.
Before engaging Wing's group, put up Live Vicariously and Vigorous Spirit, and run in and attack the ritualist. Put up Gladiator's Defense as soon as Wing aggroes you, and build up adrenaline to get off a sever artery on the Ritualist. You can throw in the Riposte's and Deadly Ripostes if Glad's defense is still up, but its important to make sure bonetti's is charged so you can enter into bonetti's as soon as glad's wears off.
Basically, the only hard part is killing the ritualist while keeping yourself alive. Always keep either bonetti's defense or Gladiator's defense up. Use riposite and deadly when glad's is up, and apply sever artery to the ritualist to make sure it has constant bleeding. Cast your vigorus spirit under the cover of riposte/deadly ripostes and wait until bonetti's is charged before you cancel it for server/vigorous spirit.
With 15 tactics, you should be able to deal enough damage to compensate for Wing's heal signet from ripsote/deadly riposte, and gladiator's defense.
I haven't done it in a while though, and with the latest update to the 2 healing spells, you might not need both of them, and can bring another attack skill instead.

Eclair...that build does not seem to work as good. Thanks for the heads up tho. I think the War/Nec Grenths should work better.
Edit - I will take that back. The build does work. I killed him once. Was not easy, nor fast, but...it works. Have not gotten the axe yet. Thank you and I apologize.

Glad it worked, the W/N build is probably better as Grenth's Balance will probably keep you alive much better than the two healing spells I'm using, and do much more damage.
Try switching sever for distracting blow, as it might make killing the rits faster (I didn't really try it)
Edit: nvm, dolyak signet is probably good for the new buffed channeled strike.

Nope, although if you add more skill points I assume it would help a bit (I didn't do the quests yet).

Why sever when deadly already has him bleeding? A direct damage spell should prove more effective. Or just riposte

I can kill him and both groups, regardless of the inclusion of Ritualists.
Eviscerate
Axe Whatever (The thing that gives him weakness... Rake?)
Executioner's Strike
Disrupting Chop (You better be REALLY good at Disrupting Chop)
Flurry
Dolyak
Live Vicariously
Vigorous Spirit
10 Heal
13 Str
13 Axe
Fun build. You can pretty much dominate all of them. Wing takes awhile, especially if you miss his signets.
Sentinel's Armor helps.

What's with Sentinel's armour that helps that gladiators won't do? The reason I'm asking is cuz I don't really want to get Sentinel's when I already have two pieces of armour...anything to make this run easier will help the ritualists are an arse to kill as riposte and deadly riposte don't work on them

I find it easier taking 2 warriors and dualing him, 1 warrior go in and aggro them on the bridge, when you get on the bridge hug the wall so the ritualist/mesmer/mages miss hitting you. The warrior on the bridge go W/Necro and using the ripotse build with Grenth Balance, attack the regular warrior and use GB on the boss when u need health and use Shield Stance/Bonetti's when you can. After you take aggro send the 2nd warrior in with full attack adrenaline moves(not ripotse) and kill the ritualist/others so the 1st warrior can ripotse the warriors and kill them without any healers there. I find it quick and easier so by time you get 2 axes or more to split amoung eachother its like getting 1 axe. Hope you can understand and have fun trying, least you get a friend to come along.

Can't be bothered doing a search, but look at the W/N Solo Grenth's Footprints thread.
He has a video with the build
